CHECKMATE RENTALS

Your privacy.

This page describes how information is used on the Checkmate Rentals vacation-home website, operated by CMP Home Stays LLC. Updated November 5, 2026.

Browsing homes

You can browse without creating an account. We use the preferences you enter, such as destination, dates and guest count, to help you explore homes and carry your choices into the booking flow. These preferences may appear in the page address when you share a link.

Reservations and payment

Booking calendars and checkout are provided by Hospitable. When you open the calendar or complete a booking, Hospitable processes the information needed for that service, including your dates, party details, contact information and payment information. Review the terms and privacy information shown during checkout. This website does not collect card details in its own forms.

Maps and photographs

Maps show approximate locations. OpenStreetMap provides map tiles, and property photographs may load from the booking provider or the property’s image host. Loading these resources sends standard request information, including your IP address and browser details, to their providers.
