Most guests will use a car , the area is low-density and walkability to shops is limited. Highway connections provide straightforward driving to regional destinations. Bemidji Regional Airport is only a short drive for arrivals and small-charter flights. Local taxi and rideshare options exist but may be limited outside core hours; consider car rental for flexibility. There is a small local public transit system and regional bus/van services for connections to downtown and nearby towns, but schedules are limited compared with driving.
