It's Omaha (Papillion) everything is within 20 minutes or so driving distance! Right off Cornhusker road or take 370 to get you there quicker.
★☆ HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO NOTE ☆★ ⏱️ Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM 🔞 Primary guest must be 21+ years old 🏠 Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the basement walkout unit and right-side garage space only. Main floor is reserved for hosts 🚭 Strictly no smoking inside or anywhere on the property 🔇 Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 🎉 Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events permitted 🐾 No pets allowed 🚫 No unauthorized or unregistered guests permitted 👟 No shoes inside the home, please ⏰ Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance 🚗 Parking: Park only on the right side of the garage. Can also use the driveway parking space. If parking on the street, you must park on the opposite side of the street only. 💸 $500 penalty fee per house rule violation, plus coverage for any damages
